Return & Refund Policy

At Fragment of Perfection, every product is handcrafted with care, intention, and the energy of nature. We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our metaphysical and handmade products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our valued customers.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, untampered, and in its original condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for any item that has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • If a product has caused any issues or adverse reactions, we request customers to contact us immediately for evaluation before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Used or opened religious soaps and other personal-use products.
  • Any product that has been tampered with or altered after purchase.
  • Custom or special-request items made specifically for individual customers.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:

  • If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will replace the product free of charge.
  • Customers must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
  • Once verified, a replacement product will be shipped promptly at no additional cost.

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds for used or customer-damaged items.

However, in eligible cases where a refund applies:

  • Refunds will be issued only if the returned product meets our inspection criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, etc.).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Fragment of Perfection unless the return is due to a shipping error or damage.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package is safely and securely shipped back to us.

Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Items that have been used, tampered with, or altered in any way.
  • Products showing signs of misuse or improper handling.
  • Items that have caused personal issues or reactions after use (for hygiene and personal safety reasons).
