2. Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized and verified immediately.
Your card or digital wallet may show a pending charge during processing — this is a temporary authorization and will convert to a finalized charge once your order has been confirmed.

3. Billing Process
- Orders are billed in full at the time of checkout.
- All prices are listed in the U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.
- Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout prior to completing payment.
- A detailed digital receipt will be sent to your registered email upon successful order placement.
If you do not receive an email receipt within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us directly for assistance.
4. Offers, Discounts, and Promotions
We occasionally run promotional offers and discount codes to provide extra value to our customers.

5. Invoices and Receipts
A digital invoice or order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Invoices include product details, payment amount, taxes, and shipping fees.

6. Billing Errors or Disputes
If you notice an error in billing or an incorrect charge:

- We will investigate the issue and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If confirmed, any overcharge or duplicate transaction will be refunded immediately through your original payment method.
7. Taxes
Applicable sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and local tax regulations.
We comply with U.S. tax laws and ensure all tax amounts are clearly shown before you finalize payment.
8. Payment Security

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
